NCI Self-advocacy Journal was created with the intention of being a one-stop shop to track all the important health related stuff for yourself and for future discussions with your healthcare team. πŸ“–

You do not need to have a diagnosis for this journal to help you in your self-advocacy journey. This journal is not specific to any one condition.
