We couldn’t agree more with this statement and have been working hard to make that change! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This June [ after a year of R+D… in a pandemic... in a workshop in the woods… ] we finally released our first batch of products to the market, to improve the lives of menstruators everywhere.

So, words cannot express how thrilled we are to be included in the June/July issue of Harper’s Bazaar, along with 8 other innovative companies dedicated to changing the menstrual health market!

We recently found ourselves reading this book and returning to this principle on creating good outcomes. It continued to ring true to us, regardless of the context.

Truth can be inconvenient, and it can even be ugly, but it is essential to understand truth in order to create an outcome that has a chance of being good.

After over 130 years of residential schools in Canada, it’s time we have an accurate picture of what happened there, so that we may work to heal.

Sneaking into your morning routines… 👀

Not all of us have the same level of comfort broadcasting our experiences with menstrual pain publicly. [ Remember the office? That one’s complicated… 🙄 ]

That’s why one of our main aspirations when setting out to make a ceramic tumbler, was to create a way to heat the Original Heat Pack that:

💛 New partnership announcement! 💛

We are honoured to share that undu. is officially partnering with !

As a new company, we believe in contributing time & resources that promote social equity.

The Moon Time Sisters Ontario chapter is a volunteer-based organization & project of that began in March 2017. They gather period & pain relief products for menstruators in northern Indigenous communities that are shipped free of charge ✈️

MTS supplies high schools, health care centres, food banks, women's shelters & midwifery organizations in northern Ontario, Quebec, Nunavut & Northwest Territories with items such as pads, tampons, cloth pads, menstrual cups & natural pain relief. 🩸

MTS as a whole has 4 chapters: the founding chapter in Saskatchewan, Ontario, British Columbia & the newest chapter in Manitoba.

Starting this month, we will be donating undu. products to Moon Time Sisters, supporting their menstrual equity work.

This partnership is an important way to acknowledge Indigenous History Month & work towards reconciliation with communities across Turtle Island that are grieving the 215 murdered children found at the Kamloops Residential School.
