This dish brings together Jamaica’s Pepper Pot Soup and Italian Wedding Soup — a true fusion of culture and comfort.
Think: callaloo instead of spinach, jerk-spiced beef meatballs, and a silky coconut broth that ties it all together. It’s bold, soulful, and all about connection.

Cooking on today was such a joy — nothing makes me happier than sharing a little Caribbean flavor and reminding people that food isn’t just nourishment… it’s love, culture, and community.

Yesterday, my family and I hosted Thanksgiving dinner — and honestly, it reminded me why I fell in love with cooking in the first place.

Food brings people together. The kitchen transforms into a meeting place — filled with laughter, love, and the kind of conversations that warm your soul. It’s more than pots and pans… it’s connection, healing, joy.

I’ve seen what food can do — how it can comfort, unite, and remind us that we’re loved. I’m so thankful for the chance to share that love with my family, my community, and with all of you.
