Hiya folks! People have been wondering about the Friday night blue plate…. I think we will have a Ukrainian platter.
Fresh homemade borscht
Potatoe and bacon peroghy
Grilled Ukrainian sausage
Fresh made sour cabbage rolls

This blue plate special must be preordered and prepaid. 20$

The sandwich will be a grilled honey baked ham and cheddar sarnie with tomato and onion…. Our house made herbed tomato sauce…. Lovely.

Potato and smokey bacon soup is gluten free and dairy free today…. Made with fresh tower herbs grown on site👩‍🍳.

I have to make cranberry jam today so we will have that with fresh roasted turkey and swiss on manchester malt bread. Grilled or not… either is great.

The blue plate this week is meatloaf with scalloped potatoes and herb and garlic steamed vegetables.
The soup will be announced later this week.
