Here is s link to a smart phone app that has demonstrated efficacy in helping people become non-smokers. One-on-one smoking cessation with an experienced hypnotist yields higher rates of success in a shorter time frame with motivated clients. Nobody can force someone to stop smoking if there is no intention to so and it must be said that the majority of people who quit smoking successfully do so without any assistance. Nevertheless, apps like this are an option.
