I could not be more proud of Charlie Burns after his incredible performance last night. What a game! 🙌
Watching Charlie grow into the goalie he always knew he could be: confident, consistent, and fully dialed in, has been such an honour. Although it is never easy to see our Soo Greyhounds lose, my heart was full seeing a hometown player from the Sault shine so brightly.
Charlie, you did not just learn resets and mindset techniques, you learned how to manifest your potential into reality. You believed, visualized, and aligned science with spirit. Last night, you got to live that vision: starting goalie in your hometown, showing everyone exactly what belief and preparation can create. 💫
This is what it looks like when you truly believe in yourself- mind, body, and soul working together.

**Huge Congrats to Zac! 🏒🔥**

Zac, a U15 Tier 2 player from Edmonton, Alberta, is an exceptional athlete with incredible skill. When his mom reached out, she mentioned two key challenges—he played *incredible* until high-stakes games or final tryouts, where he would freeze. She also shared that after a significant injury battling in the boards last season, he had developed a resistance to going into those battles again.

Zac and I connected over FB Messenger calls a few times, and almost instantly, his game *changed*. Heading into Provincials, he was racking up points every game and playing with a whole new level of confidence. One night, I got a text from his mom saying he had **2 goals, 3 assists, and was named Player of the Game!** 💪🔥

I work with athletes at a deep level to create *real* mindset shifts—and when they commit to the work, results come fast. Zac did the work, and it showed. I’m looking forward to continuing with him as tryouts approach in August. Until then, Zac will keep putting in the work we discussed.

I have had more parents reaching out asking for 1:1 mental training sessions instead of group sessions — and I totally get it! If you would like your child to work on mental skills tailored specifically to their unique needs, then 1:1 might be the best fit.

👉 30-minute sessions: $120 + tax
👉 60-minute sessions: $200 + tax

These are skills that last a lifetime. While we focus on hockey during the session, the tools they learn can be used in school, life, and other sports as well.

One of the things that makes me MOST PROUD is seeing the wording change in my clients—because that means their mindset is changing.

I’m about to share a post from one of my players who used to think the worst, always seeing the negative. But now? The shift has started. You can see it in how he talks about himself, his game, and his potential.

🚀 The Power of Decision: Trust the Process & Keep Going 🚀

Making a BIG DECISION does not mean everything has to be accomplished in a week. Give yourself the grace and time to see it through. Some goals take longer—but that does not mean they are not happening.

A month ago, I made a decision—one that shaped my vision of FREEDOM & HAPPINESS. I broke it down, created a checklist, and took action. Now, looking at my list, it is crazy how much I have already checked off. And while I still have a F**K TON left to do, the progress is undeniable.

Here is what I know for sure:
✔️ Your **intuition** is speaking to you when you decide to make a change. It’s guiding you in the right direction.
✔️ The brain thrives on **organization and proof of progress**—small steps build momentum.
✔️ **You don’t have to rush.** Just keep going.

Ever wonder why some players crush it in practice but struggle when the game is on the line? It’s not a lack of skill — it’s their MINDSET.

Here is why players choke under pressure:

🧠 **Overthinking** — Instead of trusting their instincts, they start second-guessing every move.
😨 **Fear of Failure** — Worrying about mistakes causes hesitation, which slows reaction time.
💪 **Pressure to Perform** — The weight of expectations can overwhelm even the most skilled players.
🚨 **Emotional Overload** — When frustration, nerves, or self-doubt kick in, focus disappears.

🔥 What Can You Do About It?

✅ **Focus on the Present** — Shift your mind to the **next puck, next play**. Don’t dwell on what just happened.

🏒 Do I Work with Players/Teams Out of Town? 🏆

Short answer—YES, all the time!

I had an out of town coach reach out asking this question this morning and I thought I should share to everyone.

I work with hockey players at all levels, and not all of them live in my community. Most of the time, I work with players virtually, but I also travel for in-person training. Of course, travel and accommodations add to the cost, but the experience is next level.

Virtual coaching is powerful—I’ve helped countless players significantly improve their mindset and performance through online sessions. But in-person? That’s like the difference between looking at a Bugatti and actually driving one. Seeing it is inspiring—driving it is life-changing.

If bringing me to your city is something you’re considering, let’s talk. If you’re unsure because of the cost, let’s still talk—I believe there’s always a solution.

Before reaching out, ask yourself:
✔️ Do your players *want* more?
✔️ Are they committed to developing their mental game—at least 80% of their success?

🏒 What an absolute honor it has been to work alongside Coach Jeremy Stevenson and the U18AAA players this season. 😙

Last night, I had the privilege of leading the team through a powerful session focused on mental strategies — helping them let go of the barriers that get in the way of playing at their best. One incredible moment stood out when a player was able to drop his physical pain level from a 7/8 down to a 2 in just seconds. That’s the power of working at both the mental and cellular level. 🧠

We also focused on building confidence and self-belief, explored ways to stay locked in during game time, and each player signed a commitment contract — a personal reminder of the work we did and a promise to keep doing it. 🦸‍♂️

The work I do with teams goes far beyond positive self-talk. It’s about making real shifts, right there in the room, that players can feel in their minds and bodies immediately. 📋

I’m incredibly grateful to Coach Stevenson — whose impressive professional career spans the NHL and European leagues — for recognizing the importance of the mental game and welcoming me into the process to help support the team’s success. 🥅🏒

Most of all, I’m so proud of these boys for showing up, getting a little vulnerable, and doing the work to break through barriers and bring in what they need to play their absolute best. It’s been a pleasure working with you all this season — and I’m excited to see what’s ahead! 📋
