YIKES WINTER!

Winter is a struggle for many. Lack of vitamin D and low distraction. If you are not used to getting quiet and being with your own thoughts, that's a problem.

Eat, hydrate and sleep! It sounds so basic but it will make a difference in the capacity that you have to manage low mood.

*Clean your space it will allow energy to flow.

*Listen to high vibration music. This is empirically studied. Specifically music that produces 528 hz, handpans, crystal bowls, meditation music.

*Get cozy. Embrace early bedtime, cozy fabrics, low lighting, ambiance.

*Diffuse scents that resonate.

Normalize winter being hard! Recognize that some people weren't made for this and that's ok!
