I spent my twenties outsourcing my power- finding reasons why other people made me feel frustrated, annoyed, grateful or at peace.
But the truth is- that’s an inside job.
And when I took responsibility for how I wanted to feel, the kind of woman I wanted to be and how I wanted to live my life, it meant some things needed to change- starting with my Ego.
I spent my 30’s decoding where I let my ego lead - the need to be right, holding onto resentment, reacting out of frustration, building walls and calling them boundaries ….and taking ownership that I chose the feelings that came with all of that; resentment, frustration, burnout, shame.
But I also let my 30’s be the decade that softened me, that shaped me, that built me up to make moves and achieve things 20 year old me never thought were possible.
Feminine energetics changed the game for me. It changed how I viewed myself and my life. When I changed how I viewed my life, my life began to change.
This is the truth of transformation. It begins with awareness, is created by choice and is amplified by consistency.
I didn’t know who this version would become- I just knew that version I was, wasn’t working for me anymore.
Now, turning 40, I don’t just talk about alignment — I live it, I lead from it, and I hold it as a standard. That’s the essence of Soulfully Connected.
