It was a busy weekend - one of the highlights was spending an evening mentoring the next wave of physiotherapy students 💪 Our team hosted a mock OSCE at our Lougheed studio to help them gain hands-on experience and confidence for what’s ahead!

What a meaningful day at South Arm Community Centre last month 💙

Our counsellors, Fiona and Alexandra (), led heartfelt mental health workshops — one in Mandarin and one in English. They created space for open conversations, shared experiences, and genuine connection. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us to learn, reflect, and support one another.

Moments like these remind us how powerful community can be when we come together to care — for ourselves and for each other 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🤝

Meet Rachel 👋 (.physio)! She’s one of our awesome physiotherapists at our Coquitlam studio, who’s all about helping clients feel confident, strong, and in control of their recovery 💪💙

Outside the clinic? You’ll find her on the basketball court, lifting weights, hunting for the best eats in the city, or binging Netflix thrillers 🍿 (ask her about the time she had to butt-scoot down a mountain 🏔😂).
