Grounding!
When possible take your shoes off and place your feet on the natural ground. Connect with nature, appreciate its beauty, embrace the sunshine and take deep breathes in and out a couple of times, it does wonders for your physical and mental health 💪🏼

In a world surrounded by technology we sometimes get distracted away from basic life practices that help keep us grounded and charged. We always remember to charge our phone why not remember to charge our body?! I know I could use a little more consistency with this, especially in the cold winter in Canada. 🤭

Happy Holidays to all! As we approach the end of the calendar year, we gather with family and friends, we remember those that have parted, we look back at our goals and achievements and set new ones for what’s ahead.

Only 6 weeks left in the year, be sure to book your non-urgent appointment ahead of time to secure a time slot. If anything should come up and you need to reschedule, no worries just keep in mind our 24hrs cancelation policy to avoid late cancelation or no show fees. This ensures we can offer that spot to somebody else with appropriate notice.

Here’s a sneak peek of the new location (564 Belmont ave W, Kitchener) starting this week Thursday, Jan 4th.

Transit stop directly in front of the building.

Ample paid parking around the building 2$ debit/credit at exit. The catalyst parking lot is behind us if you feel adventurous and want to have a walk around the block.

Take the elevators to the third floor and our door is immediately outside the elevators. Unit 303 you can’t miss it, come inside take a seat and one of us will greet you shortly 👋🏼
