Over the year's, I have found that no matter what I set out to do I life, set goals or not...each small step I take, then creates bigger one's, those steps create lead me to something new.
I personally find that when I have big goal in mind or a big project at hand , if I take smaller steps or make smaller achievable goals I tend to complete those tasks/ goals/steps ( same crap, different pile ) . It makes you feel good when you accomplish what you set out to do.
Maybe try to set realistic & small goals that you can easily do. If your a procrastinator and have to clean a house, right out a list of the tasks that need to be completed and start with only a few at a time doing one at a time. After you've done a few see where you are at if you still feel like continuing and continue with the rest of the list or stop and take a little break for an hour and get back to doing your list. Sometimes it can take you a couple days to clean your house and that is okay. Creating lists help you see or visualize what needs to be done and if you're like me and you're a Hands-On and visual learner then this is something that is really beneficial. I'd like to call these little tasks my tada list which is what I use when I complete each individual tax this also includes everything from work to personal and everything in between. I hope this is helpful
