The most exciting part of Vitacore’s journey is what comes next.

While we’re incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made in recycling, circular manufacturing, and high-performance PPE, our team is already focused on innovations that will reshape how organizations think about waste, protection, and long-term sustainability.

As we look toward 2026 and beyond, Vitacore is developing technologies and programs that reach far beyond traditional recycling models. We’re working on solutions designed to transform not only how we divert materials from landfills, but also how we reuse, repurpose, and prevent waste before it even begins.

At the same time, we’re exploring new ways to strengthen protection in healthcare and beyond - building on our foundation in advanced Canadian-made respirators. These future developments aim to support safer workplaces, stronger supply chain resilience, and new standards for medical and personal protection.

What makes this next phase so exciting is that it combines everything we stand for:
innovation, sustainability, Canadian engineering, and a commitment to solving real-world challenges.

We can’t share all the details yet - but what we can say is this:
the work happening behind the scenes today has the potential to change how industries operate tomorrow.

And while there is still a tremendous amount of work ahead, we’re energized by the possibilities and motivated by the impact these breakthroughs could have on communities across Canada.

The future is bright, and Vitacore is just getting started.

Proud to highlight the work Vitacore continues to do to push Canadian innovation forward. 🇨🇦

Our CAN95 and CAN99 respirators, designed and manufactured in British Columbia, are a great example of what happens when technology, quality, and purpose come together. These products were created to offer Canadians world-class protection, reduce reliance on foreign supply chains, and ensure Canada has long-term manufacturing resilience.

But we didn’t stop there. By pairing high-performance PPE manufacturing with our national recycling programs, Vitacore is building something truly unique - a fully circular PPE ecosystem where products are made in Canada, used across the country, then collected, processed, and upcycled into new materials.
This kind of circular manufacturing model is rare not just in Canada but across North America, and it’s only possible because of the dedication of our team and the trust of our partners.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we also know this is just the beginning.
There is still a lot of work to do - more products to innovate, more recycling streams to expand, and more opportunities to support Canadian sustainability.
We’re excited, we’re energized, and we’re committed to leading the way.

Sustainability doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens through strong partnerships and shared commitment.

This year, Vitacore has been fortunate to collaborate with some of the most forward-thinking organizations in Canada, including major healthcare systems, airports, construction companies, food producers, and global brands. Each partner brings passion, urgency, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Together, we’re diverting significant volumes of PPE and industrial plastics from landfills and transforming them into new, valuable materials. The impact is real - and it’s growing.

What stands out is not just the results, but the mindset shift. Organizations aren’t simply checking a box; they want to make meaningful, measurable progress toward ESG goals. That enthusiasm is what drives us every day.

We’re grateful for every partner who believes in this mission and continues to push for better.

And although we’ve achieved incredible milestones, there is still a lot of work ahead. Scaling national recycling programs, expanding material streams, and building a more circular economy will require dedication from all sides.

But with the strength of our partners behind us, we’re more optimistic than ever about what’s possible.

At Vitacore, we’re proving that sustainability and innovation can - and must - work together to shape a better future.

Over the past few years, our team has taken on challenges that many believed were impossible - from launching Canada’s first PPE recycling program to expanding our capabilities into IV bags, Ambu bags, nitrile gloves, and a wide range of safety gear. Each new material we successfully recycle is another step toward a truly circular economy in Canada.

What inspires us most is the momentum we’re seeing across the country. Hospitals, airports, food manufacturers, and major organizations are no longer asking if they should embrace circular solutions - they’re asking how quickly they can start. That shift in mindset is powerful.

We’re proud of the progress, proud of our partners, and incredibly proud of the team behind this mission.

And while we’ve come a long way, we know there is still a lot more to do. Creating a nationwide network of circular solutions will take continued innovation, collaboration, and a willingness to rethink how we treat waste.

But with the right partners and the right purpose, we’re confident the best is yet to come.

♻️ The truth about “sustainability.”
ESG. Circular economy. Green innovation.

We hear these words everywhere, but too often, it’s just corporate greenwashing. 🌱
At Vitacore, we don’t use buzzwords.
We build real solutions.

No landfill. No waste-to-energy. No excuses.
Recycling isn’t a marketing trend.
It’s a responsibility.

They called him Bench as he may one day become a bench.
At the rate these staff members are recycling it won’t take long.

What happens to used masks, gowns, and gloves after they’ve done their job? With , they’re becoming something brand new: benches made from recycled PPE! 🪑♻️

Each PPE Bench contains more than 7,000 masks and is built to last 10–20 years. Together, Vitacore and Providence are showing how health care can reduce waste and create something useful, local, and sustainable.

PPE is essential - but what happens after it's used?

Most PPE waste disappears into the trash stream: unmeasured, unmanaged, and unreported.

At Vitacore, we help ESG leaders close the loop:
♻️Diverting waste from landfills
📉Reducing Scope 3 emissions
📊Delivering verified, traceable ESG data

Recycling is just the beginning.

This is PPE with purpose, and with proof.
