We are proud to announce that the randomized controlled trial for Minder has officially concluded! We are very appreciative of all 1496 UBC students who joined the study and provided valuable insight and feedback for our app. Our next steps include data analysis to determine the effectiveness of Minder. We’ve launched our new study assessing the effectiveness of a brand new mental health and substance use app that we co-developed with UBC students and researchers. If you’d like to join us in improving your mental wellbeing and that of your peers at UBC, click the link in our bio to register for our study. All you have to do is download the Minder app, and complete a baseline and follow-up survey over the course of one month. You can earn $20 for your participation!

This study is being led by Dr. Daniel Vigo (UBC Faculty of Medicine) for “An integrated online approach to mental health and substance use in university students.” The UBC Ethics ID Number is H21-03248.
