Bottom line….Don’t be blinded by the goals, the hacks, the tips and the tricks. If you’re neglecting your wellNESS and your systems are offline then none of this works. This is ground zero…begin there. Drink an extra glass of water, go to bed 20 minutes sooner, put the phone down, take the stairs, write it down, start taking a daily multivitamin or a superfood. Sit with your child, listen, hug. Just STOP and BREATHE. Put more “NESS” in your wellNESS first. It all starts from there.
