Life at Barefoot Botanics, we’re in a season of preparation: sorting and storing dried herbs from the garden, putting the beds to rest for winter, rendering fresh beef suet for upcoming workshops, crafting plenty of tallow soap, and planning next year’s gardens and workshops!

At Barefoot Botanics, we love sage not just for its earthy aroma, but for its incredible benefits for the skin. This humble herb has been cherished for centuries for its cleansing, soothing, and healing properties.

Sage works for a variety of skin types:
