Happy 5 Years!! 🥳
I am genuinely amazed that this summer marks 5 Years of Attached Kids counselling! 💕
I began with a blog over 7 years ago, hoping to bring information about children's mental health to parents and teachers.
The blog grew into a counselling practice where I get to do the thing I love most - talk to kids, teens and parents about their feelings!
Now, with the help of my amazing team, we are growing again - building an online resource hub to share more information with parents and caregivers.

I feel so lucky to get to spend my days doing what I love, and to get to connect with so many incredible people and families.

Thank you for trusting me and supporting this dream 🙏
