This week, we’re celebrating 7 incredible years of The LIFE Nest — a dream rooted in love, service, and holistic care. What began as a vision to support women and families through doula care has grown into a vibrant, thriving community of health and wellness and supporting families through their beautiful surrogacy journeys.

🌸 Held space for healing and sisterhood
🫶 Shared health tools and wellness wisdom
🌍 Walked alongside families in some of their most sacred and vulnerable seasons

Thank you to every family, surrogate, doula, client and friend who has trusted us with your journey. You are the heartbeat of this community!

We’re just getting started — with retreats, training, and new offerings on the horizon, the next chapter of TLN will be even more nourishing and powerful.

The 7-year anniversary is symbolized by wool: Soft, strong, and warm…just like the hearts and hands that make up this community. To mark this milestone, I chose the image of a spotted lamb. A symbol of new birth, gentleness, and the beauty of imperfection. Its unique markings remind us that every story is different, every journey sacred, and the things that set us apart are what make us truly beautiful!
