I look forward to connecting with families and discussing how best to support their individual wants & needs. Holding space for families as they journey through a common space - Parenthood.....
As a Postpartum Doula, I enjoy bringing some peace and harmony to a new family! Giving everyone a bit of space to breath, regroup and support where needed most. Nights are my most popular service where everyone can sleep while knowing their baby is being well cared for and wake up to a tidy home too. Breast/Chest feeding is my passion, and as a Breastfeeding Educator I have been supporting families for over 10 years. There is no one size fits all for any of the services I provide. Whatever your family needs to begin to thrive in your new dynamic and not just survive...those are the services I provide and I am passionate about! I design services to meet your individual needs! Packages can encompass all or just a few of the following: baby care (day and night), light housekeeping, light meal prep, sibling care, sharing of experiences and knowledge....and these are just to name a few. This page highlights my services as a Postpartum Doula, who I am and why I have designed my life with this career choice and of course and the most frequently asked questions by Moms of newborns. My "village" of support was small, so by creating this page, I hope to help families create a "village" for themselves that will carry them along their own beautiful journey through parenthood!

Did you know we have doulas that will come to your home at 6 am and start your day with rest, care, and support that goes with you all day long?
If you have ever had a bad night and begged your partner to stay home from work to give you more sleep and help in the morning, consider a sunrise doula shift.
Your sunrise doula can offer you 5 hours of care (vs. 8-10 hours for an overnight) that includes extra sleep-in time for you in the morning, a warm breakfast, time to shower--and even blow dry your hair!--and will start your laundry, do your dishes, and even help you prep dinner so you can focus on your baby all day long.
It's not a dream. Support makes everything better--even mornings when you haven't slept and you don't want to face the day...you can call a doula.

We work together to find the time of day where you need the most support ~ day or night! Breastfeeding is another one of my passions, and as a with over a decade of training and experience, there is much to be shared.
