I’m so happy to be offering a week of LIVE training in Stratford, Ontario this Fall. We will start with a 2-day Core EFFT training on September 29 & 30, 2025 (with a live stream option too). Then, on October 2 & 3, 2025, I’ll be teaching two full-day, deep-dive workshops - also with live stream option. We are considering three special topics for the 2/3, but I can only offer two, one on each of the days. We would love to know which ones you would find most valuable from the selection below.

This training will cover relevant theory and skills to support the emotion-focused transformation of these maladaptive beliefs at their root, including with the use of scripted chair-work appropriate for individual and group psychotherapy settings. Learning this intervention – and the theory that underlies the healing process - can be transformative in one’s practice, even if you don’t end up integrating the chair-work script in your practice.
