because this business of mine and these kids are a HUGE part of my life and lord knows what would happen to me if something happened to them.
There needs to be more people like Brady ( ) who speak up about the substance abuse and mental health crisis that athletes face. People like Brady who understand what it’s like and strive to make a difference, people like Brady who don’t want to see others in the same spot he was in. Your mental health matters, you are more than a diagnosis, you are more than your past, help is available and ultimately, the world is a better place with you in it. If you don’t know what Puck Support is, I highly encourage you to check it out and learn more about Brady’s story and the work he is doing.
I feel both grateful and lucky to know Brady and to call him a friend. The world knows we need a lot more people like Brady. 💜💚

End of Camp 🥺
The girls have completed camp and I am so incredibly proud of their efforts! The girls improved in all areas and will continue to improve throughout the season! I can’t wait to watch them take the ice this season but I don’t look forward to when they play each other!
