Hi everyone! I'm running a new series hosted by my friends at Howe2Yoga - RYS. Over six weeks, participants will learn the foundations of and develop the tools to support a home meditation practice. Participants will learn:

🌿 Mindful breathing practices and establishing an anchor to gather and focus attention
🌿 Mindfulness of emotions, sensations, and thoughts
🌿 Mindfulness of the body and learning how to re-establish the mind-body connection
🌿 Mindfulness practices for challenging times (hello, global pandemic 😜)
🌿 Applied mindfulness practices to integrate mindfulness into your day-to-day life
