Haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd share this meal I made for my sous,
Filet mignon. Garlic rubbed kale. Cauliflower mash. Fried sage.

😍 what a fun show! If you guys haven't watched the first two episodes yet, be sure to check it out!
The steak was done medium rare, and I did the kale in the same pan because flavour and also I hate doing dishes. The cauliflower was pureed with a small amount of cream and some goat cheese and a whole lot of salt and pepper. If you're paleo, you can totally just leave the dairy out, but I like the sharp creaminess.
Remember to hydrate, give yourself a compliment, and eat something green today! Love you all!

This is what is supposed to look like.
I'm not fully keto anymore (although I think it's time to jump back into ketosis, I went a little carb heavy this summer), but I love protein and veg so I'm all about putting the two together for a healthy meal.
The veg were doused with olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs, and laid out on a pan. The salmon was rubbed with olive oil and garlic, and lightly salted, then put on top of the veg. The entire thing took about 30 minutes at 400f.

This week's menu is featuring a bunch of new deliciousness!
On the plate:
Brie stuffed turkey burgers, laced with psyllium husk for an extra hit of fibre, with a dollop of grainy mustard, arugula, and chipotle reduction.
These bunless burgs will be served alongside turnip fries, giving you all of the protein, fats, fibre and happiness your tummy can handle and none of the carbs!

Breakfast for dinner ❤
I hope you've all had a nice new year weekend! I've kept it quiet, with lots of quality time spent with my puppers (aka the best bois- ) and have just been enjoying a cozy few days.
Breakfast for dinner is one of my favourite things ever! On this plate, I have my standard sunny side up eggs with bacon (pro tip- lay it on a baking sheet and bake it at 350f for less mess!), as well as some roasted radishes. I also had some endives to use up, so I halved them and wrapped them in bacon and baked them with my bacon strips. I'm kind of obsessed with dijon, so I put a nice dollop of it under my bacon wrapped endives just to cut through the fat and add a little kick.
What have you all been up to so far this year? Whatever you're doing, I hope you are safe and happy ❤

Happy New Years Eve, loves!
Do you have any resolutions this year? I think my resolution will be to just keep my head up as we all push forward into 2021.
2020 was a wild ride for all of us.
I just want to remind you all that you have done really, really well this year!
Soon we will start seeing more and more posts about all the things that people accomplished, in the midst of a global pandemic, etc. Regardless of what any of us did or didn't do, we all should be proud of ourselves for making it to the end of 2020.
You SURVIVED a global pandemic. YOU SURVIVED. I am proud af of you.
Hug yourself and go drink some water ❤

I didn't really realize how Christmasy this looked until I took the picture, but to me, this is pre-fall on a plate. Sautéed kale with bacon, garlic and red onions, foraged wild rose hips, and sun dried tomato-goat cheese chicken roulade.
I always feel better when I fill my plate with veg, so I always put extra thought into treating my veg with extra care when I use it on the plate. Make sure to fill at least half your plate with green, and then throw in some reds and deep purples for maximum nutritional diversity 👌
