I was invited to be a guest speaker for the University of Toronto’s hypnosis course to talk about the Chakras — and my heart is still so full! 💫

If you know me, you’ll remember my years teaching at Fanshawe College… almost a decade of guiding, supporting, and sharing knowledge. Teaching lights me up, and helping others understand their own healing path is truly my purpose.

It was such an honour to share my experience with students who are just beginning (or deepening) their healing journey and hypnosis practice. We closed with a group healing meditation — and wow… it was powerful to facilitate and even more beautiful to witness. ✨

And now it has me inspired…
Something new is coming in 2026. 🌿

One of my friends/clients daughter asked for reiki; she has seen me and her mom do it many times. We had a lovely session! At the end, I told her that any time she wants to talk, let me know!

My friend reached out and said, Leela wants to talk to you! This morning we had a video chat and I got caught up on life since our reiki treatment!

Leela gave me all the tea, and Kailash did what boys do 😝😂
