Jill Bullock Holistic Yoga & Wellness I help middle-aged women break free from survival mode, regain confidence, and boost vitality. Creating a balanced, fulfilling, and empowered life.

Let me share my journey with you. I kicked off my career in the dental realm, dedicating 16 years to it. While the health field intrigued me, I realized it wasn't where my true happiness and fulfillment resided. I had always been drawn to the holistic lifestyle, self-development and I loved yoga. Knowing that life is brimming with opportunities that beckon us to learn and evolve, with this knowing driving me, I made a bold choice to pivot in a completely new direction. I zeroed in on my passion for holistic wellness, and mindset. I craved a deeper connection with these areas that I loved so much. My aspiration? To engage with people on a deeply profound level, aiding them in forging a fresh, inward relationship with themselves, empowering them to create the life of their dream. I honed my skills in mindset coaching, embraced the mindful world of yoga, and delved into the stress-busting realm of reflexology. This new drive ignited a fire within me for a career where I could guide and support people who wanted real change in their life, a career that resonated on a personal level. So, I took the leap and brought about a change. Today, I proudly stand as a certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor, an accredited NLP Practitioner, and officially recognized reflexologist endorsed by the Reflexology Association of Canada. My mission is crystal clear: I aim to deliver a distinctive healing experience, coupled with a sincere intention to guide individuals toward holistic well-being and empowered living. If you're ready to embark on this journey with me, I can't wait to meet you. Let's make positive strides together!

If you’ve ever beaten yourself up for not being “disciplined enough,” this is for you.

Because most of what we call discipline isn’t really discipline at all, it’s fear dressed up as motivation.

Fear of failing.
Fear of disappointing someone.
Fear of what it means about you if you don’t follow through.

That’s not discipline. That’s survival mode, and it’s exhausting.

True discipline doesn’t come from control it comes from self-trust.

When you stop trying to prove yourself and start trusting yourself, the choices that support you stop feeling like a battle.

You go to bed earlier because your body’s asking for rest.
You move because it feels good, not because you “should.”
You set boundaries because peace matters more than approval.

That’s what real discipline looks like, it's self-respect in action.

So if you’ve been trying to “get better” at discipline…
maybe it’s not about trying harder. Maybe it’s about finally feeling safe enough to trust yourself again.

Freedom creates consistency.
Love creates devotion.
Self-trust creates results.

If this hit home, RECLAIM YOU was made for you.
It’s where women like you learn how to stop living from survival mode and start trusting themselves again, from the inside out.

DM me “RECLAIM” to learn more.

You’ve been sold a lie about what health looks like.

It’s not about a six-pack, calorie counts, or how clean your plate is.

Real health looks like peace.

It’s sleeping through the night without your mind racing at 3 a.m.
It’s laughing easily again.
It’s eating without guilt and moving your body because it feels good, not to punish yourself.
It’s saying no without that gut-twist of guilt.
It’s boundaries that protect your energy instead of drain it.
It’s calm that lasts past the yoga class.

That’s vitality.
That’s the kind of “anti-aging” no cream can buy; the kind that radiates from a nervous system that finally feels safe and supported by you.

When you rebuild your relationship with yourself, your body stops fighting you. Sleep deepens. Energy evens out. Hormones balance. Joy comes back online.

That’s what I help women create inside RECLAIM YOU...not another plan to follow, but a relationship to rebuild.

If you’re ready to become the woman your body can finally relax with. The woman who glows because she’s at peace with herself.

This is where it starts.

Comment “READY” or send me a DM and I’ll share how you can join us.

Some women don’t lose self-trust, they just never got the chance to build it in the first place.

Maybe that’s you.

You grew up learning to be “the good one.” The one who kept everyone happy, did what was expected, didn’t make waves.
You learned to read other people’s moods before your own.
To make decisions that kept the peace; not the ones that felt right for you.

So now, when someone asks, “What do you actually want?”
you freeze. It feels uncomfortable… even wrong… to put yourself first.

You’ve spent years following roles, responsibilities, and routines

So of course your own voice feels quiet.
It’s not gone though, It’s just been drowned out by all the noise of who you thought you had to be.

Rebuilding self-trust isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about slowly, gently peeling back all those layers of “shoulds” and "have to's" until what’s left finally feels like you.

That’s where purpose starts.
Not in doing more, in finally listening, believing and trusting yourself.

Over time, you’ll start to recognize the difference between:

Anxiety - the frantic “what will they think?”
and
Alignment - the quiet steadiness that says “this feels true, even if it’s hard.”

That’s how your body speaks to you and that’s how you know.

Try this:

Make one small decision today that’s just for you.
No explaining. No guilt. No permission.
Just because it feels right, even if it feels hard at the same time.

Ready to stop second-guessing and start actually living for you? Let’s talk, maybe join Reclaim You Group Coaching Program or a more tailored experience with 1:1 coaching.

You can have a life that looks fine; a good job, people who love you, a home you’re grateful for, and still feel like something’s missing.

That quiet ache that whispers,
“Is this all there is?”
isn’t a sign that something’s wrong with you.

It’s a sign that something deeper is trying to get your attention.

It’s your soul; knocking gently on the door of your awareness asking you to remember who you are underneath the noise, the roles, and the responsibilities.

You haven’t lost your spark.
It’s just been buried under years of overdoing, over-giving, and trying to hold it all together.

Most women think they need to fix the ache.
But the ache isn’t the enemy... it’s the invitation.

It’s the moment life whispers,
“You’ve outgrown this version of yourself. There’s more waiting for you.”

When you stop trying to silence that ache and start listening to it, everything changes.

That’s the moment you begin to come home to yourself.

Because that whisper isn’t complaining.
It’s calling. It's a deeper knowing.

This is the work we do inside RECLAIM YOU... learning to listen to that voice and follow it back to who you really are.

Ever notice how overthinking kicks in when you start worrying what everyone else will think?

That’s not confusion, it’s disconnection.

Your intuition already knows what’s right. You just stopped listening.

Start tuning back in.
Your peace depends on it.

That’s what we do inside RECLAIM YOU.

It’s not about becoming someone new; it’s about returning home to who you’ve always been underneath the limitation.

I was having a conversation with a woman recently,
and she told me she just couldn’t find time to go to yoga anymore.

Between the kids, the house, and everything else; she said there’s just no space for her.

So I said, “Take that hour anyway. Do it for you. You’re honoring yourself.”

And she said…
“It doesn’t feel good to do it when I know it upsets someone.”

And I thought... wow.
That’s exactly where so many women get stuck.

Because when you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else,
putting yourself first doesn’t feel peaceful; it feels wrong.
Your body literally rebels.

And sometimes… let’s be honest - people around you know that.
They know that if they sigh, or make a little comment,
you’ll feel guilty enough to shrink back.

It’s not always malicious, but it is manipulative.
Because it keeps you prioritizing their comfort over your wellbeing.

The thing is when you start respecting your own needs,
the people who truly love you will eventually respect them too.

At first, they might resist; because your self-respect changes the rules and they don't know what to do about it.

And the more you honor yourself, the stronger your energy gets.
Your “yes” starts to mean something again.

The guilt you feel is not a sign you’re doing something wrong;
it's a sign you’re finally doing it differently.

Keep going.
You’re not upsetting anyone...
you’re just teaching them how to treat you and it's worth it.

Inside RECLAIM YOU, we help women rewire the guilt that comes from self-abandonment and rebuild self-trust — so that peace, confidence, and respect become your new normal.

19/10/2025

You’ve been fighting the wrong battle.

The real enemy isn’t burnout, stress, or lack of willpower;
it’s self-abandonment.

It’s the years of conditioning that taught you to prove your worth by doing more, helping more, being more.

It’s the voice that says, “Don’t upset anyone. Be the good one. Keep it all together.”

That pattern is what’s keeping you stuck; exhausted, disconnected, and unsure where you went.

RECLAIM YOU is where that ends.

It’s where you stop abandoning yourself and start leading yourself.

Where you learn to regulate your nervous system, rebuild self-trust, and live from your values instead of your fears.

Where you remember that your worth isn’t earned... it’s innate.

We start Tuesday, October 21st.

If your heart’s pulling you toward this, that’s not coincidence.
That’s your future self calling you forward.

You don’t need to be ready.
You just need to stop fighting the wrong enemy.

DM me READY and I'll tell you all about it!

18/10/2025

Your worth was never meant to be earned.
You were born worthy.

Think about it; what does a baby have to do to be worthy of love?

Nothing.

A baby is worthy simply because it exists.

We all start that way; pure, whole, enough.

And somewhere along the way, that truth gets buried.
Under other people’s expectations, criticism, and projections of who they think we should be.

So we start performing instead of being.
Pleasing instead of trusting.
Chasing approval instead of alignment.

The most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with yourself. Because every other relationship stems from it.

Rebuilding your self-trust and learning to honour your truth, your needs, and your values is how you come home to yourself again.

Your values are your compass; they guide you back when you’ve lost your way. When you know your values you know what to protect with your boundaries.

When you live from that place, everything changes.
Your confidence grows.
Your peace deepens.

And the right people won’t make you question your worth, they’ll reflect it back to you.💛

Inside RECLAIM YOU, we rebuild that foundation - your worth, your values, your self-trust, so you can finally feel grounded, aligned, and deeply connected to who you are.

Because the relationship that changes everything
starts within.

That knot in your stomach when you think about investing in yourself?
It’s not a sign to stop, it’s a sign you’re growing.

Most women I work with aren’t afraid of failing…
they’re afraid of finally putting themselves first.

Because when you’ve spent years taking care of everyone else,
choosing you can feel uncomfortable or even wrong.

But that discomfort?
That’s the edge of transformation.
That’s where your next chapter begins.

Inside RECLAIM YOU, we walk that edge together; learning to trust yourself again, set boundaries without guilt, and live from calm instead of chaos.

You’re not broken. You’re just not used to choosing yourself yet.
And that’s exactly what’s about to change.

You don’t realize how heavy it is…
until you finally put it down.

For so many women, the exhaustion isn’t just physical, it’s mental.

The constant analyzing.
The “what did they mean by that?”
The bracing for the next thing to go wrong.

This is what happens when you stop living in overdrive
and start living in alignment.

RECLAIM YOU isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about coming home to beautiful valuable yourself. Remember that you are enough.

Every woman who steps into RECLAIM YOU reminds me what’s possible. 💫

I’m endlessly grateful to walk beside women who are ready;
ready to do the work, face themselves, and reclaim their lives.💖

Join the next round of RECLAIM YOU.

For years, I kept trying to change my life by doing more.
New habits. New routines. New goals. New behaviours

And nothing really ever changed... because who I was being hadn’t changed.

I was still seeing myself through the same old lens; the one shaped by who I thought I had to be.

The woman who forgot herself trying to be everything for everyone.

It wasn’t until I started questioning that story that everything shifted.

I learned that your identity is built on two things:
the story you tell about yourself… and the standards you keep for yourself.

And until those change, nothing else does.

The goal isn’t reinvention, it’s reclamation. Reclaiming the parts of you that got buried under expectation.
The woman underneath the conditioning, steady, powerful, clear.

That’s the work we do inside Reclaim You - rewriting your story, raising your standards, and reconnecting you to the truth of who you are.

If this hits home, DM me “RECLAIM” and I’ll share the details.
