Join us for Gentle Hatha Yoga! Gradually build stability, balance, strength, and range of motion, while calming your mind through breath and guided awareness. Thursdays 3:30-4:45 PM at The Gathering Place.
This is a very gently active practice designed with accessibility in mind, bridging chair-based and mat-based yoga.
We get up and down from the floor a few times (slowly while holding onto support is fine). All “standing” postures are offered in 3 variations: 1) Seated in chair, 2) Standing while holding the chair for support, or 3) Standings hands-free.
Go at your own pace in a supportive environment, guided by a certified yoga therapist.
