Orthocellular Nutrition and Exercise Incorporated was registered as a Canadian corporation in late 2009 for the purposes of designing and developing preventative health and fitness programs for the public and private sectors. To this end, the Preventative Health Centre was established in early 2010 and currently provides preventative health and fitness programs to adults between the ages of 25 and 65 who live in Southern Ontario. It is their firm belief that disease is preventable and that superior health can be built through a four-pillar approach, which includes:

Pillar 1: Nutrition protocols that are optimized for the unique, biochemical makeup of the individual. This stems from a natural, whole foods way of eating that is geared to supplying the essential nutrients and keeping new toxins out of the body. Pillar 4: Cleansing, drainage, and detoxification methods to remove stored toxins and restore bodily functions. In addition, there are 25 FAQ pages, articles, nature photos, audio clips, and short videos. Also, in the summer of 2017 an Employee Energy Program was launched for businesses who wish to see their office employees enhance their health and fitness via better nutrition, regular hydration, more movement, timely exercise, reduced stress, postural fixes, and ergonomic practices. In addition, during the fall of 2017, four free workshops will be offered to folks who live in the Barrie area. in early 2018 the company plans to announce a number of new initiatives including the licensing of some of their four-pillar and two-pillar programs to qualified preventative health practitioners, both individuals and teams.

This Could Make a Difference for You

I just signed up to watch this free documentary series called “INTERCONNECTED: THE POWER TO HEAL FROM WITHIN”.
I really think you should watch this.

Monday's FAQ of the Week: Our fourth FAQ in the Body Changes series is entitled "How do I get stronger physically? If you are unhappy with your current level of strength, you might be interested to know that any change in your muscle mass does not happen overnight. It can take many months or perhaps 1 to 2 years to get the muscular strength you want. It's just the way our bodies work at the cellular level. You have to be patient when you are trying to build or regain lost strength.

If you are unhappy with your current physique, you might be interested to know that any change in your muscle mass does not happen overnight. It can take many months or perhaps 1 to 2 years to get the muscular definition you want. It's just the way our bodies work at the cellular level. You have to be patient when you are trying to add more muscle.
