I've come from having a lip quiver & eye twitch when put on the spot, to being addicted to laughing, playing and trusting that I can handle what ever life is going to throw me. YOGA
Has helped to decrease my anxiety, heal my nervous system and has helped me to step into my parasympathetic nervous system more often. Meniere's Disease symptoms have dissipated and I have embraced where my body is at right now. Yoga has also expanded my intuitive abilities to the point where I get regular visions and channel messages. WELLNESS
Since 2002 I've been dedicating research, time and energy towards healing my body, mind and spirt, committing to finding JOY, health and balance in all areas of my life. I listen to my body now and fuel it with foods that compliment my unique disposition. I get the sleep I need, exercise, alone time and self-care so I can live a joyful life and have the energy and inspiration to help others. SERVICES INCLUDE:
