🍫 Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding 🍓
A creamy, chocolatey, high-protein pudding that takes 5 minutes to prep and becomes a nutrient-packed breakfast or snack overnight.
Ingredients• 3 tbsp chia seeds• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder• ½ tsp cocoa powder• 2–3 tbsp h**p hearts• ¾–1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, depending on scoop size of protein powder)
Optional Toppings• Fresh berries• 1 square 85% dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions
In a jar or bowl, add chia seeds, protein powder, cocoa powder, and h**p hearts.
Pour in milk (start with ¾ cup and add more if needed).
Mix thoroughly until everything is fully combined and no powder clumps remain.
Optional: Let sit for 5 minutes, stir again to prevent chia clumping.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir again (optional) In this pic I only stirred it when I mixed the ingredients (your preference) and top with berries and chopped dark chocolate.
