The Family Wellness Centre focuses on natural healing through the art, science and philosophy of Chiropractic.

Our Mission is to serve mankind with our distinct health and wellness paradigm to relieve, restore and rebuild the body to its greatest potential. The Family Wellness Centre is pleased to have provided over 30 years of chiropractic service to the surrounding area, and helping families – from newborns to geriatric care – with a variety of techniques. Some of the services we provide to our clients are as follows; chiropractic care, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, magneto-therapy, electrotherapy, nutritional supplements and products, orthotic inserts etc. Disclaimer

Balancing of the nervous system.

One of the predictors of long term health and outcomes is grip strength. The lower our hand grip strength is the higher the incidence of mortality. I. E. Death. Not good.

How can we help? First balancing the nervous system allows for much improved grip strength from side to side. Second, let get squeezing! Buy yourself some grippers and start working your hands. Not only does it help with strength but studies confirm that it can help regulate blood sugars.
