The Family Wellness Centre is pleased to have provided over 30 years of chiropractic service to the surrounding area, and helping families – from newborns to geriatric care – with a variety of techniques. Some of the services we provide to our clients are as follows; chiropractic care, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, magneto-therapy, electrotherapy, nutritional supplements and products, orthotic inserts etc. Disclaimer

This month we focus on nutritional priorities of health.

There are so many dietary plans from vegan to carnivore and everything in between. It’s so hard to know what’s healthy and good for you. That’s why we are going to be posting about some the things you should focus on no matter what style of eating you choose.

Here we have a fan favourite. Easy and simple. Overnight oats.
1 cup of steel cut oats
1.5 cups of almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp of chia seeds
Blueberries to top
Sprinkle of maple syrup

Wanna add some protein? Why not mix in a high quality whey protein powder?
