Things that are important to me in my business:
• inclusivity - everyone is welcome as they are.
• integrity - my clients know I always have their best interests at the forefront and I operate in a fair, honest, and professional manner.
• care and authentic kindness - many people see me not only for a great workout but also as an outlet, a sounding board, ‘therapy’, and someone who can help them to have a better day through a fun and challenging session. I hope you leave feeling a little better than when you arrived.
• results driven - results look different for everyone. They can be aesthetically driven, but also improved mental health, better energy, more positive mood, feeling more confident, improved posture, or just to have an hour to themselves.
My clients are everything to me and I deeply value each person I have had the opportunity to work with ✨

Thank you to and for inviting me to create a smoothie for their Beau x Jaybird event.
We decided that the ingredients for the smoothie would be centred around nutrients for optimal hair health, and I included: biotin (a B vitamin found in oats) which helps with hair growth, mixed berries which have antioxidants as well as vitamin c to protect hair follicles, protein for hair growth and to prevent thinning, and cherries which are really great for muscle recovery after a workout and are also high in vitamin c which helps to boost collagen production. The smoothie was made extra special with the addition of coconut whip and a collagen infused cherry drizzle, but you can try this recipe below as a simplified version to make at home:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries (I used @365.wholefoods)
1/2 cup frozen cherries (I used Bremners Organic)
1/2 cup oat milk (I used unsweetened ) I chose oat as it is higher in protein and fibre than almond
1/4 cup coconut cream (I used )
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Vega Sport)

This smoothie has 35g of protein, 7g of fibre and is high in iron, calcium and vitamin c. Enjoy ✨
