How will you treat yourself today? Recently I heard someone say we come to this world to be ourselves, genuinely, authentically, the best we can. Often in sessions with clients I am reminded that the way we see and treat ourselves is key and at the root of all. In connecting with our own kindness and grace, we can accept and express ourselves more genuinely and authentically, and it then follows naturally to connect with others in the same way.
