I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately, I’ve been taking a much needed break from Instagram which I do from time to time when I notice it negatively impacting my mood. It’s been nice to not constantly be on my phone but I also miss the inspiration and connecting Instagram gives me. Here’s to finding more balance. 🧡

Hello! It’s a photo of my face! Time for another introduction maybe? Here’s a little about me. My name’s Fiona, I live in Vancouver, Canada but am originally from England. I love the city but grew up in a remote village with about ten houses in it. I have a 2.5 year old son, here he is bored of sitting still for more than a microsecond and covered in croissant crumbs. Real life.

I’m an Exhibit Designer by trade and have been making polymer clay jewelry since 2016. It keeps me creative and helps me relax, I’ve probably made about 10,000 beads in the last 4 years. Hello sore hands!

I’m a massive introvert and would stay home in my pyjamas over going out to a party any day. The thing I love most about my business is connecting with other creative women and my goal is to collaborate and connect with others that I admire.

It’s nice to meet you, I can’t wait to get to know you more too.

It’s officially fall and that time of year when I begin to feel introspective and ready to hibernate. I like summer but once the rains starts I feel way more relaxed, I guess that’s why I made the west coast home.

I still feel like I’m experimenting and learning with this medium. Just when I think I’ve cracked it I’ll make a tiny mistake and have to start over. Sometimes I find that really frustrating and I have to remind myself often that mistakes are how we learn. And things that look simple are often much more complex to execute. Here’s to staying creative and having fun whilst gaining new skills every day.
