Long overdue but here are the gyms I tried in Vancouver!

1. House Concepts - I did their bootycamp which was a lower body glute focused strength workout and I LOVED it!!

2. Barry’s bootcamp - always a fav when traveling

3. Kommunity - a newer gym that just opened up! Super friendly staff and good vibes! Kind of like F45

4. Yyoga - did a yoga class and then sauna and it was 👌🏼 before 24 hours or travel

ONLINE COACHING PROGRAM LAUNCH!🚀🚀

I’m thrilled to share that I’m launching a 4-week strength training program that I’ve been working om, so that we can keep training while I’m down under in Australia!

The online program will offer a personalized approach to fitness, combining the effectiveness of my group classes with the convenience of online training. You can expect a comprehensive self-paced workout plan, nutrition guidance, weekly virtual check-in calls (Mondays at 6pm EST), and occasional virtual live sessions!

About the program:
It’s a 4-week strength program with 3 workouts per week. Day 1 is upper body, day 2 is lower body and day 3 is full body. Everything can be done from home using a pair of dumbbells or resistance bands.

We will be using the app Coach’d.

There will be a WhatsApp group chat where I will post daily journal prompts/motivation (my morning which will be your night) so you will receive them the night before. This group is meant to hold you accountable and ask questions if you have any!

The cost will be $100 per person for the month and if you sign up and do it with a friend or your partner you each save 30%!

Portugal🩷🩷🩷

Spent the last bit of Portugal doing a mini yoga and surf retreat and I would hiiighly recommend!!! You can do a 3 or 7 day package (I did the 3 day) and you get unlimited yoga, a surf lesson & unlimited board rental, healthy breakfast every morning, a massage and the space is so beautiful!! It was such a great way to end my time in Portugal 🏄🏻‍♀️🧘‍♀️🥥

Life/travel update! Just spent the most amazing week in Spain celebrating my sisters birthday and exploring Barcelona, Ibiza, and Madrid! Met lot’s of cool people, saw lot’s of cool things and ate lot’s of yummy food!!

Spent the past month exploring and leading a trip through London, Paris, Annecy, Zermatt, Cinque Terre, Venice, and Rome for a group of 48 teenagers! I had such an amazing summer but I’m definitely ready to slow down and get back to the gym and my regular routine!
