I tried Copper Branch for the first time while in Ontario on holiday. My son had the nachos and I had to sneak a bite; they were delicious! The Aztec bowl with tempeh was also good, just wish they'd but it in a bigger bowl so I could mix it up more easily.

Made vegan Shephard's Pie with lentils and frozen veggies. Unfortunately I didn't have brown lentils and used french lentils instead; they were a little under cooked but all in all the dishes was not bad.

Snowshoeing with my DH at the end of the season. Not a lot of snow but the weather was nice and the mountain was empty! We had a great workout and also stopped at the lodge to eat - was happy to discover they had vegan chili!

Had a delicious Mexican dinner; fresh made guacamole, vegan tacos, and a mango margarita. I would highly recommend checking out this restaurant in you are in Las Vegas!

The Impossible Burger at Gordon Ramsey's Burger Las Vegas. Unfortunately the buns are not vegan so I was given a 'lettuce wrap'; turned out to be more of a 'lettuce bun' which I could not pick up to eat. The flavour of the patty was good but it seemed overcooked; it was very dry. I can't recommend it but I would try it again to see if it's better next time!

Went to Paliotti's Authentic Italian Cuisine Maple Ridge on Saturday night for dinner. Had the Cauliflower Wings, Pizza Rolls, and Homemade Butternut Squash Ravioli with Coconut Curry Sauce (all from the Plant Based menu) - it was all delicious! Also brought home a piece of vegan cheesecake but have not tried it yet...but it smells lovely.
