Resilience & Wellbeing for Women in the Workplace
Designed for women at work who juggle multiple responsibilities, priorities and are experiencing stress, burn-out and fatigue. These at-work workshops offer a safe, compassionate container for learning and include body based practices to help calm the nervous system and reduce stress, as well as providing helpful tips and tools for work-life balance, resilience and wellbeing. Programs range from one hour lunch & learns to full day experiential workshops.
While these specifically are targeted to women, content can be adapted to reflect all genders.
Breathwork
This gentle approach to conscious connected breathwork, known as Breathwave, offers the opportunity to connect mind-body-heart-spirit. It serves to support the nervous system and to relieve stress and tension from the body. Breathwave assists in the integration of suppressed emotions and experiences which then enables deeper healing, increased vitality and greater ease and peace in one’s life.
Therapeutic & Gentle Yoga
Well suited for those with aging bodies or who desire a more specialized or personalized approach to yoga. Sessions generally with work with the physical body as the entry point, addressing physical issues that are present. These may then correlate with other aspects of being and reflect emotional, mental and/or spiritual disturbances that may benefit from yogic breathing, meditation and/or therapeutic tools.
For the physical yoga, practices are based on intelligent movement principles, anatomical understanding, mindful somatic movement, stretching, strengthening, postural re-patterning and nervous system support. Each session will cater to specific needs and can be adapted in terms of complexity, intensity and challenge, depending on where someone is at on any given day.
Individual healing sessions
Depending on what is requested, this may include breathwork, therapeutic yoga, sacred ritual and/or wellness education/coaching.
SISTERHOOD:
Learning how to love ourselves as women, to put aside the cultural conditioning that tells us to be a certain way, and to love and support one another is women's medicine. It is where we connect into ourselves, our bodies, our ways - and honour, celebrate and learn from them.
A Circle of Women: Embracing Mid-Life with Potency, Power and Beauty
The Circle of Women is for women over the age of 40. It is intended to provide a positive support during a time of change.
We will explore how to reframe the inner narrative around aging, and focus on how to further cultivate the inner beauty and power that lies within. This is an invitation to open our hearts, to be seen and heard, and also to see, hear and inspire one another.
