🇨🇦 Mom’s Homemade Brunch Recipe

This one’s a family favorite - simple, cozy, and always hits the spot.

You’ll need:
– Bagels / GF bagel
– Eggs
– Green onion
– Zucchini
– Tomato
– Mushrooms
– Cheese
– Dash seasoning, salt & pepper
– Oil spray

How to make it:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2. Line a tray with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil
3. Place bagel halves cut side up and crack an egg into the center of each hole
4. Top with chopped veggies and cheese
5. Season with Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper
6. Spray oil onto the bagels
7. Bake for 12 minutes or until the eggs are set
