This patient presented with dentin hypersensitivity and increasing RT1 gingival recessions affecting teeth (11–13 🇨🇦 ) (6-8 🇺🇸)
Treatment was performed using the tunnel technique combined with a de-epithelialized free gingival graft (De-Epi FGG).
After three months, complete root coverage and resolution of sensitivity were achieved.

In certain cases with insufficient keratinized tissue and gingival recession affecting the lower incisors, a two-stage surgical approach is required for more predictable root coverage.
The first stage involves performing a free gingival graft (FGG) to establish a strong band of keratinized tissue. The second stage consists of a connective tissue graft combined with a coronally advanced tunnel to achieve root coverage.

In this case, after two months, we have very good root coverage, an adequate width of keratinized tissue, and a thick gingival phenotype.

Treatment of mucogingival deformities from (33 to 43 🇨🇦) (22 to 27 🇺🇸) with RT1 gingival recessions and thin gingival phenotype by minimally invasive tunnel approach and using de-Epithelialized Free Gingival Graft (De-Epi FGG) to get a connective tissue graft CTG.
After 4 months, we got good root coverage and thick gingival phenotype in the treated areas.
