What is PTSD?💭

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can happen after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, like an accident, violence, or loss. It’s your mind and body’s way of reacting to extreme stress, sometimes long after the event has passed.

People with PTSD might have flashbacks, nightmares, feel on edge, or avoid places and situations that remind them of the trauma. It can be exhausting and overwhelming — but healing is possible.🌿
