I've had an amazing 4 years at Gastown Massage Therapy and City Hall Massage Therapy, and will miss it a lot! I'm going into the next chapter with a lot of gratitude to the Aliptae Therapeutics team.

Fun morning playing in the rain with my clinic colleagues and 32,000 other friends! Shaved 1 minute and 12 seconds off last year's time to 47:54, and jumped 9 percentile points to the 13th % within my category- seems like a good excuse to get a massage this week!

I've been kicking it with the kangaroos, cuddling with the koalas, and communing with the kookaburras (thought about carousing with the cassowaries and decided against it)... now I'm heading back to Canada this week and I'd love to see you for your next massage appointment!
