Just makes you realize how much each moment, every walk, every cuddle matters 🐾

I’m lucky that our furbaby was able to come to work with me, raise babies with me, homeschool with me… he was there for it all, every step of the way, every adventure ❤️

I miss that guy, my true sidekick 🐶

We made life count… make sure not to waste your time with your furbabies cuz time with you is what they live for and boy is time invaluable ❤️

I leave the house and can forget for a short time but then I come back to something important and precious missing.

So home doesn’t feel like home and quiet is way too much 💔

Unfortunately, too many of you get this feeling.

Senior pet parents it’s sooooo tough 💔

Seeing them lose their joy.
Watching them struggle with things that never bothered them.
Trailing behind.
Having to be carried.
Fully being aware but their bodies are failing them.

So then the question is how do you know when it’s their time??? You don’t want to do it too soon or too late but they can’t tell you 😢

Everyone says “you’ll know” but do you?
There’s no perfect time to say bye to your fury bff forever 💔

Dogs are so special because they love unconditionally ❤️

I’m in the pre-grieving part where I’m trying to hang on to all the moments like these knowing the end is coming way too fast 😢 my heart break a lil every day 💔

My love goes out to all those who’ve lost someone they love recently or know their time together is coming to an end soon ❤️ it’s so hard.

I left hustle awhile ago.

Slowing down, doing less, relaxing more, listening to your body and being intentional.

Some ways to do this:
1. Journal
2. Cuddle with your loved ones
3. Take a walk in nature
4. Take a bath
5. Read a book or start a hobby
6. Meditate, stretch
7. Focus on just 1-2 goals for the day.

The key is just to do one thing at a time and check in with yourself often.

Ditch business and overstimulation for slow, calm and peacefulness in 2026

Stranger Things was a special show.
The show brought us back to a simpler time.
It was a nod to all the things we loved about the 80s while telling an epic tale like so many movies of that time.

The show wasn’t just nostalgic, it was a reminder to slow down, simplify, focus on what really matters.

Let’s unplug, connect & get back to that ❤️

While it’s only one more month of 2025, I’m sure this will be true for next year too 🙁

There’s so much I’m aware of that’s got me scared, worried, overwhelmed and just plain mad but there’s also not much I can do about it… other than prepare, be aware, and protect my peace ✌️
