Dogs are so special because they love unconditionally ❤️

I’m in the pre-grieving part where I’m trying to hang on to all the moments like these knowing the end is coming way too fast 😢 my heart break a lil every day 💔

My love goes out to all those who’ve lost someone they love recently or know their time together is coming to an end soon ❤️ it’s so hard.

I left hustle awhile ago.

Slowing down, doing less, relaxing more, listening to your body and being intentional.

Some ways to do this:
1. Journal
2. Cuddle with your loved ones
3. Take a walk in nature
4. Take a bath
5. Read a book or start a hobby
6. Meditate, stretch
7. Focus on just 1-2 goals for the day.

The key is just to do one thing at a time and check in with yourself often.

Ditch business and overstimulation for slow, calm and peacefulness in 2026

Stranger Things was a special show.
The show brought us back to a simpler time.
It was a nod to all the things we loved about the 80s while telling an epic tale like so many movies of that time.

The show wasn’t just nostalgic, it was a reminder to slow down, simplify, focus on what really matters.

Let’s unplug, connect & get back to that ❤️

While it’s only one more month of 2025, I’m sure this will be true for next year too 🙁

There’s so much I’m aware of that’s got me scared, worried, overwhelmed and just plain mad but there’s also not much I can do about it… other than prepare, be aware, and protect my peace ✌️

“Back to School” is less of a thing for homeschoolers since we’re just always learning.

But September does mark a shift from carefree summer to more of a routine with extracurriculars, learning groups, and learning units/texts etc

The joy of homeschooling “back to school” is the simple ability to slow it all down, even a bit. We can listen to our bodies and sleep in, we can spend 10 mins or all week on a topic we’re learning, we can do 10 field-trips or none, we can get outside or cozy up inside with a shared book.

What did your September look like? Please share as it’s fun to get ideas or see how different everyone’s learning experience can be 📚

Im hanging on to Summer and all it’s glory for as long as I can… beach outings, sprinkler fun and ice cream treats for everyone.

No need to jump the gun on the seasons … cozy sweater weather will be here soon enough but for now, live in the moment, soak up the sunshine & enjoy!
