Hi, I'm Shirley! I'm a Taiwanese Canadian life coach on the internet (crazy, I know!). I've been running my online practice for over 6 years now. I really enjoy what I do.
Coaching is my artistry and spiritual work. I love supporting artists, creatives, immigrants to move through creative blocks, stress, and anxiety, so they can reconnect with their inner power and create success in all areas of their life.
In the past 1-2 years, I felt like I've really hit a wall in my life/ business and was chronically burnt out and super stressed out. You can say it's because I'm in my saturn return 🪐(more on that later🤪).
But basically, I took a 6 month mental health break/ sabbatical, traveled to Taiwan and Bali, and pressed pause on everything. Now that I'm back in Canada, this video is my attempt at recovering as an artist, rebuilding my energy, and reconnecting with my joy and creative passion again 🙏
