Come home to deep, conscious connection with your Soul, Nature, & Ancestors What is Animism? Animism is all about connection. It’s the opposite of materialism.

Over the last 20 years in my practice of Spiritual Mentorship and Healing, I've witnessed disconnection as being the greatest increasing soul malady. It’s ironic that as the information age is about “getting us connected” we’re actually disconnecting more and more, from our mythic soul life and spiritual kinship with Nature. We have forgotten that we are a member of not only our immediate human community, but also our Nature communities (plants, trees, mountains, rivers, oceans), our Animal community, and our Ancestral community. This forgetting can leave us with soul lethargy, a sense of meaninglessness, and lacking the spiritual resilience to navigate life’s challenges. At its roots, Animism is an ancient celebration of the many ways of listening and being human in the sacred diversity of life. As a spiritual way of living, we learn to remember and reconnect with the ancient knowing that everything is alive and everything is connected to everything else. Animism provides us with path of conscious initiation so we can become adept at living in the natural cycles of life-death-rebirth while developing a lasting and unshakeable intimacy with our Ancestors, Nature, and Spirit.

ANCESTORS: A reminder that they aren’t gone but simply changed form.

In fact, they are right with us in every moment and still alive in our DNA.

This means that you can call on them for support anywhere and any time.

✨Can you feel where your lineage still lives in you?

✨What happens in your body when you remember they’ve got you in it all?

Here in the season of Ancestral remembering, I hope you’ll take some time and have a tea with those you love but are no longer embodied.

You are their prayer and your life is their joy.

CONNECTION: As much as I’m a sun lover, there’s something so beautiful when the dark months begin to arrive.

FALL EQUINOX: A few months ago in ceremony, I was shown the life I’ve handcrafted and which I hold in my hands.

It sat and looked at my hands and it was like I met them for the very first time and felt their relationship.

How my left hand couldn’t have created my life without my right.
And my right hand, just the same.

They are a couple, an extension of an inner union.

They are two parts moving together to build the whole.

And then I saw their union within the great parity of life.

The breath in and the breath out.
The sun and the moon.

And as easy as it is to understand in theory, I can see how it’s actually harder to accept when it comes to the deeper rhythms of life like:

💫 action and rest

💫 becoming and letting go

💫 birth and death

As we cross the sacred threshold of this Fall Equinox, I want to invite
you to honour the part we often resist:

🌜the pause

🌜the release

🌜the surrender into stillness.

Remember that letting go isn’t giving up.

It’s choosing to walk in rhythm with the earth and your body which have their own deep wisdom

GENIUS: I was recently introduced to Gene Keys through my relationship coach, .relating.

What landed in my body like a massive truth-bomb was Gene Ley 38 - the path from struggle to honour.

⚔️ The path of the Spiritual Warrior

Reading it felt like someone had written the script of my life.

Like so many of us, I’ve walked through childhood trauma, heartbreak, addiction, and profound loss.

And for whatever reason, my healing path hasn’t had much space for bypassing with love and light. I’ve had to feel every single ounce of it.

This is taught me to meet pain, not as a pathology, but as a portal.

What my path and everything I learned and now teach has taught me is that struggle is not failure, it’s INITIATION.

Yes, the mind wants to escape with suffering and play the victim.

But true soul healing asks us to break the habit of seeing ourselves as helpless, to feel the grief, to reclaim the parts of us we were taught to abandon, and walk forward with integrity and resilience.

Gene Key 38 reminds me that my own healing work is not about winning! It’s about re-membering our power and our beauty and choosing to stand for the sacred.

This is why it’s always an honour and a privilege to guide people through deep soul work.

It’s a sacred partnership to support people rising from the ashes.

I’ll have a couple of spots opening for my monthly Integrative sessions which include Somatic Soul Retrieval.
