Loretta is a Holistic Embodiment Facilitator whose goal is to empower people in their bodies so they may by more empowered in all aspects of their lives. The perfect balance of grounded depth and ridiculous joy/play, her classes and workshops offer a magical and unique fusion experience that will challenge and uplift. Loretta is certified in Bellyfit (Sage, Flow, Warrior), Yoga (Kids, Prenatal, Vinyasa, Yin), Pilates (Mat, Advanced Standing), The Groove, Radiant Women's Circles, Applied Human Nutrition, and more. Happy New Year!

The start of the year can be a helpful marker for people to make goals. Often, these goals are action-focused - eat well, exercise more, make a career move...

But what about goals for being? How are you going to show up? What kind of person do you want to be?

Yes, caring for yourself with actions such as eating well, enjoying movement practice, and getting enough social time are all wonderful ways to support your inner work.

But external actions shine best when they are understood to be methods of resourcing your inner work, rather than goals all by themselves.

For example, if the goal is to go to a yoga class every day, it’s easy to feel you've failed as soon as you miss a day.

If the goal is to show up as a present and compassionate person, going to yoga classes can support that goal, but are not the only avenue. Perhaps on a day when you're not feeling inspired, you instead call a trusted friend to talk, and they help bring you back into presence.

So, start with how you want to show up, and let that guide everything else you do.
