Observe your attitude ( emotions and perception) at all times. A third person watching and noticing gifts of life with appreciation is a spiritual warrior. They are times that we feel trapped and don’t know what decisions to make. Traps are only there to show us where we haven’t applied creative solutions. The question is why? And the answer is the underlying belief system that needs to be released. Fall and winter are here to find more quiet times to work and change within. a
When we feel trapped we have 3 choices: 1- you can change our attitude about it or 2- you can change the situation or 3- you have to leave the situation. But there is a 4th solution and that is when you change within, that which is keeping you captive in a form of BELIEVE system. The capturing of an external circumstance automatically resolves itselves without any effort.
Many want their life to change but they are not willing to change themselves.
