Im a huge believer in listening to your body and when you do your health will benefit. If your doing something that doesn't feel good or bring you joy while doing it, your on the wrong path. There is more than one way to achieve your goals and find balance. Don't rule anything out & find what works best for you. Here I share my progress with health and fitness and what i find works best for me. I follow a balanced approach, I don't do anything extreme because that just sets us up for failure. I have my certification in fitness nutrition so if you have any questions please message me. :)

Don't do anything that you don't really want to do. Keep yourself in a place of feeling good. Reach for the thought that feels better -- and watch what happens.
