You're not failing. You're carrying too much.

Feeling angry, numb, or guilty isn't a character flaw. It's your nervous system trying to protect you from overwhelm.

You're allowed to feel all of it.

You're allowed to take a break.

You're allowed to ask for help.

This isn't weakness. This is what happens when humans carry impossible loads for too long. And you're still showing up.

That makes you brave, not broken.

That tightness in your chest? Your nervous system in overdrive. Here's something you can do in the next 30 seconds.

Try the Physiological Sigh:
1. Breathe in through your nose
2. Take a tiny second inhale at the top
3. Let it all out, slow and long

This double-inhale signals safety to your brainstem. It's not about feeling calm. it's about giving your body permission to reset, even for a moment.

You’re not failing.

Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you.

The hard part is this: when you’re dysregulated, it’s harder to be present for the moments that matter.

If you need a quick way to come back to your body right now, try this 20-second reset:

1) Inhale through your nose
2) Take a second “sip” of air at the top
3) Long exhale through your mouth

Repeat 2–3 times.

You're overwhelmed because your nervous system is working overtime to protect you.

Needing a break is normal.
Feeling angry is normal.
Feeling numb is normal.

You can't pour from an empty cup, and you're not selfish for acknowledging that.

Caring for a terminally ill parent doesn’t just change your schedule.

It changes:
• how you see yourself
• how much responsibility you carry
• how you relate to authority, decisions, and time

Many adult children feel like they’ve crossed an invisible line —
and can’t quite return to who they were before.

There’s no ceremony for this transition.
No acknowledgment.
Just expectation.

Our Story

Founded by Lizaa J Dhillon, Registered Nurse, Intuitive Healer, Mindfulness & Emotional Guide for kids & adults. Ever since I was young I loved Mother Teresa which inclined my love for healing & I practiced energy healing & which led to growing spiritually I chose to become a Hospice Registered Nurse. After practicing nursing for over 15 years. With the support of my awesome husband Jay, I decided to pursue my love for spirituality, meditation & other healing modalities. I started traveling around & learning different ancient healings from different parts of the globe including various parts of India & the United States. I wanted to create one WHOLESOME harmonious space for your amazing souls to evolve. At LJ Healing Harmony I provide options for to work directly with me through an 8 weeks breakthrough course called Creative Insight Journey designed at Stanford University by Dr. Michael Ray. I also created extra support with different types of healings including Chakra cleansing & healing, Reiki, Pranic healings, Meditations, Sound healing & Breath of Love for our childhood traumas, subconscious & emotional patterns that may come up as our souls are evolving. I also provide personal energy healings & facilitate Breath of Love workshops. My vision behind creating LJ Healing Harmony came from experiencing my own life’s lessons & challenges. As I grew I learned that “Life is happening for me NOT to me” in the reality Life is beautiful & can be lived from a place of love & freedom! NOT SUFFERING! But only if we let it!
