Renée is a foodie, chef, a Registered Dietitian & entrepreneur. She teaches healthy cooking classes at The Skript Kitchen.

She has a MSc in clinical nutrition from NYU & a BSc in Biology from UCSD. She's worked in Hong Kong before returning to Vancouver. Culinary Dietitian with a love of eating, create products and just feed people good food!

On November 26th, a fire in Tai Po, Hong Kong burned for 43.5 hours. The incident killed 161, including a firefighter & injured 79. We can help in Vancouver with our community!
Proceeds will go to the HK Red Cross to support the victims of those who are suffering from this devastating loss!

Chickpea flour is a great way to add a lower processed type of protein to your pancake recipes! I love pancakes with the gluten free flour blend for dumplings by plus chickpea flour 1:1 ratio !
Recipe:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk of choice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 pinch salt
