Happy Holidays everyone! After today you won’t see me on here again until mid-January. I’m taking an extended winter break this year.

It’s been a year of a lot of change. 2025 turned out to be nothing what I thought it would be. For most of the first half of the year all I could think was “WTF?!?!?!”.

But, as the second half of the year has unfolded, with some of it crazy intense, it has also brought so many good things into my life.

I wrote a book and now writing is pretty much all I want to do with my time. I moved into a new place with a yard & I plan to get a dog in the spring. Things I have been wanting for a very long time. And, now I have the opportunity to spend a month resting, recovering and reimagining a new future.

I am excited for 2026. It’s the year of the Cloud Dancing Fire Horse (I may have stolen that from a friend not on insta)

So if you’ve had a rough 2025, I’m right there with you. And, I’m cheering us all on for brighter days ahead in 2026!
