Why Method?
Method, by definition, is a particular form of procedure for accomplishing or approaching something. This definition is the backbone of everything we do at Method Indoor Cycling.
Anyone can run a spin class based around pumping loud tunes and smashing the pedals -- but these classes lack method.
At the very heart of philosophy is our foundational "method class", which is structured to target specific fitness gains and ensure that everyone from beginners to elites will see incremental improvement.
In every class you attend, you can trust that the method is for you to be able to see (and feel) yourself getting closer to accomplishing whatever goal you're chasing.
