There are so many ways to find your centre. For me, it's a constant dance with life to figure out which paths are distractions away from my most grounded self, and which actions will bring me closer to it. Things shift. What is right in one moment may not be so the next. Stay present. Trust yourself.

This week for me was one of cross-country commutes to Nova Scotia and back., and much needed connecting with family. I love movement, but for me the practice of movement is a route to presence. We can be hard on ourselves sometimes when our physical practice falls off, if we skip a few days without unrolling our mats. But the practice of presence is much more than that, and though my body is admittedly stiff, my heart and soul feel enriched and connected.

Starting back at the movement tomorrow with classes at
10:30am Vinyassa Flow
12pm Pilates
2:30pm Yogassage (still spaces available)
