We are currently taking registration for Academic Tutoring for Neurodivergent Students at KidsConnecting.

At KidsConnecting, our one-on-one tutoring supports learners with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other neurodivergent profiles.

Sessions are personalized, engaging, and built around each student’s strengths and interests.

We focus on academic skill-building (literacy, numeracy, organization) as well as executive functioning and study strategies

Sessions can be virtual or in-person.

REGISTRATION IS STARTING FOR FLEX SQUAD 2026 IN THORNHILL

An innovative group program for neurodivergent 9-14 year olds

In our sessions, participants learn to:
💭 Understand their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations
🧠 Label feelings and see things from new perspectives
💫 Sit with uncomfortable emotions — instead of fighting them
🌈 Notice thoughts without letting them take over
🌿 Practice letting go of what’s unhelpful and focusing on what matters most
🌻 Stay calm through grounding and mindfulness
💪 Build persistence, confidence, and kind self-talk

Our Tuesday afternoon Social Skills Group is designed for autistic kids who could benefit from:
✅ Learning how to join in play and conversations
✅ Building confidence in group learning and academics
✅ Having fun in a small, supportive setting

Children will practice essential social skills and academic readiness through games, stories, and hands-on activities—led by an experienced RBA and a teacher who understand neurodivergent learners.

Only one spot available on Tuesdays from 3:30 - 5.

At KidsConnecting, we provide play-based, child-centred therapy for autistic and neurodivergent children and on-going parent coaching for their families.
We offer social skills groups as well as individual academic tutoring.
We would love to add an SLP and OT to our team! Maybe you're the right one!
We are currently looking for someone on a part-time basis (1-2 days/week), with the option of more hours as your case load grows.
